Inhabited by one million eight hundred thousand people on the southern portion of the River Ganges, the city of Patna is actually one of the oldest cities in the world, and going back to before it became a city, it was already inhabited well before that as well. Patna is also the capital of Bihar. Aside from this, it is also where three different rivers meet, forming a large body of water which from the city looks more like a sea.
